White Owl Tavern
This establishment, owned by Henry Wilhelm, was located at 4008 NE Union Avenue (on the northeast corner of the intersection with NE Shaver). Henry was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, in 1905 and moved to Portland in the mid-1930s.
